Before asking for assistance from the alliance, there is some criteria that must be met.
Any of the following reasons are valid reasons to ask for assistance AFTER you have messaged the offending party and cannot get them to agree to stop
1) They sabbed you more than once... it's not always easy to know who it was, unless you see failed sab missions in your intel logs... if you 'think' somebody has sabbed you, find out... many players would love to brag about and they will tell you if you ask
2) They have attacked you 5 times using 1 attack each time to try to weaken your defenses (just called 5x1's for short) more then 2 times
3) They have been farming you.... 3 or more times
These are all valid reasons to ask for assistance from the alliance AFTER YOU HAVE FIRST MESSAGED THE PERSON AND TRIED TO WORK IT OUT WITH THEM FIRST. If you message them, but the attacks continue... then ask for help.
Of course, there may be some exceptions... an example would be if somebody sabbed all your stuff then attacked you and sent a message like 'hahaha... sucks to be you'... or if you sold 4,000 knives to upgrade your spy level and somebody attacked at that exact moment and stole it.
But, the fact of the matter is, you WILL GET ATTACKED by people... that's what the game is all about.... please only use the help of the alliance for those attackers that just won't leave you alone. We do not have enough attacks to retaliate against every person who attacks a member... only the problem ones.
Remember to post your attack log and exactly what happened and any messages you sent to them, and have recieved from them. We don't want to waste our time, so don't ask if its just a grudge match.
